You walk in and it’s just enough space. There’s a queen bed, a small kitchen setup—honestly, you might not even bother with the stove because the little cafés in Qualicum Beach aren’t far. The bathroom is straightforward, no fuss. WiFi and cable TV are there, but you’ll probably just end up on the deck half the time, drink in hand, watching ships or clouds or whatever comes by. That’s the beauty of beachfront cottages Qualicum Beach—they invite you to do less, and enjoy more.
Cottage
Tucked away from the main Resort, our enchanting Vancouver Island beachfront Duplex Cottage will accommodate one or two guests in a cozy relaxed atmosphere. Each side of the vacation cottage is fully equipped with self-catered kitchenettes, a queen size bed, three piece bathroom and wi-fi. The cottage is just a stone’s throw from the ocean.
Although they are compact, the studio suites have all the essentials to relax and enjoy watching the waves. The Beachfront Duplex Cottage suites are for Adults only. They are located perched on the sea wall for optimum views of the ocean and its marine life.
While staying at our Vancouver Island Beachfront Resort – just a short drive north of Qualicum Beach and Parksville, you can enjoy swimming, kayaking, fish from shore or pick a fresh feed of clams or oysters along the shoreline. Watch bald eagles, seals and salmon as you paddle along the tranquil water, or relax on our large cedar deck and watch the cruise ships pass on starlit nights.
This suite is very compact, and is designed with average sized guests in mind. We encourage our larger guest to reserve either the Honeymoon Suite or the 2 bedroom suite for a more comfortable stay.
