      Travelling with Minors<\/h3>
      • Infants (under 1) \u00a0stay free, but they must be accounted for in your reservation.<\/li>
      • We offer free baby monitors at the front desk so you can put the wee ones to bed and enjoy the private decks and beach front hot tub in the evenings.<\/li><\/ul>

        Pets & Smoking<\/h3>
        • We are an allergy-free property and not pet friendly.<\/li>
        • No pets.<\/li>
        • If you are traveling with a registered service animal, we must be notified in advance so we can make arrangements for additional sanitation of the suite at an additional charge.<\/li>
        • No smoking inside.<\/li>
        • Smoking outside in designated areas only.<\/li><\/ul>

          Pools & BBQs<\/h3>
          • Only registered guests are permitted to use the hot tub or any other amenity.<\/li>
          • Guests are required to shower and wash prior to entering the hot tub.<\/li>
          • BBQ’s are provided with cooking mats, that must be washed and returned to BBQ after use.<\/li><\/ul>

            Beach Fires<\/h3>
            • When permitted you may have a small contained bonfire on the beach.\u00a0 We do not provide fire wood.\u00a0 You can purchase it in town or bring your own.\u00a0 All bonfires may not be left unattended, and must be totally extinguished.<\/li><\/ul>

              Watercraft and Shellfish<\/h3>
              • Shell fish harvesting: \u00a0you must bring us a paper copy of your valid salt water fishing licence to keep on hand when the fisheries officers arrive.<\/li>
              • All water craft must be carried to the water, and be buoyant before getting in, and be carried back to their original place.<\/li>
              • Waivers need to be signed for water craft use, and the signee takes full responsibility for damage, loss or accident\/injury.<\/li>
              • Both Properties:<\/strong> From May 15 to September 30<\/strong>, watercraft and patio furniture<\/strong> are available for guest use.<\/li><\/ul>

                Accessibility or Special Needs<\/h3>

                Beachouse:<\/p>

                • Wheelchair accessible, wide doors inside for manoeuvring with ease.<\/li>
                • Our property is not 100% wheelchair accessible, all suites are ground level, but please call for details so we can do our best to accommodate guests with disabilities.<\/li><\/ul>

                  • Free parking in front of suite or on upper parking lot.<\/li>
                  • We have parking for 4 vehicles additional vehicles require a street pass.<\/li><\/ul>
