Extra charge for additional guests up to 14 ($25 per person per night). Infants under 1 are free.<\/li>\n<li>Cleaning fee is $350 per stay.<\/li>\n<li>Extra guests $25.00 per guest for 1 year old and above.<\/li>\n<li>Deposit fee is $1500 \u2013 acts as booking\/damage deposit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">BEACH HOUSE Check -in<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Check-in time 5:00 pm-11:00 pm.\u00a0<b>NO EARLY ARRIVALS.<\/b>\u00a0Please make arrangements for late arrivals.<\/li>\n<li>Check-out time is 11:00 am<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">BEACH HOUSE Due Dates*<\/h2>\n<p><b>May-Sept &amp; All Major Holidays:<\/b> Full payment required 30 days prior to arrival\u00a0<b>Oct-April:<\/b>\u00a0Full payment required 30 days prior to arrival\u00a0* Weddings and other event bookings have\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/testlink.xyz\/qualicum-breeze-house\/wedding-and-event-terms-and-conditions\/\"><b>additional terms &amp; conditions<\/b><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><b>Cancellation Policy<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #d13434;\">Please note: All guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances.<\/span><b><br \/>\n<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b>All reservations must be cancelled by email.<b><br \/>\n<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b>Guests will receive a full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of booking.<b><br \/>\n<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b>24 hours after booking an administrative fee of 25% of the deposit will be withheld for alterations or cancellations.<b><br \/>\n<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b>In addition:<b><br \/>\n<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b>Resort Cancellations:<b><br \/>\n<\/b>$200 cancellation\/damage deposit due at time of booking.<b><br \/>\n<\/b>May 1 \u2013 September 30 and all designated holidays.
