Qualicum Breeze Beach Resort (referred to as RESORT) and Qualicum Breeze Beach House (Private vacation rental, referred to as BEACH HOUSE) Standard Terms & Conditions apply to both unless otherwise indicated. Please note: All guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances.
Rates & Taxes
- Rates are subject to change without notice
- Rates in Canadian Dollars plus applicable taxes (15%)
- We accept cash, debit, VISA / Master Card.
- Website specials may NOT be used in conjunction with any other specials, are subject to availability on select suites.
- Rates in the Beach House are based on 6 occupants. Extra charge for additional guests up to 14 ($25 per person per night). Infants under 1 are free.
- Cleaning fee is $350 per stay.
- Extra guests $25.00 per guest for 1 year old and above.
- Deposit fee is $1500 – acts as booking/damage deposit.
BEACH HOUSE Check -in
- Check-in time 5:00 pm-11:00 pm. NO EARLY ARRIVALS. Please make arrangements for late arrivals.
- Check-out time is 11:00 am
BEACH HOUSE Due Dates*
May-Sept & All Major Holidays: Full payment required 30 days prior to arrival Oct-April: Full payment required 30 days prior to arrival * Weddings and other event bookings have additional terms & conditions.
Cancellation Policy
Please note: All guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances.
All reservations must be cancelled by email.
Guests will receive a full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of booking.
24 hours after booking an administrative fee of 25% of the deposit will be withheld for alterations or cancellations.
In addition:
Resort Cancellations:
$200 cancellation/damage deposit due at time of booking.
May 1 – September 30 and all designated holidays. The total amount for your stay is due if cancelled less than 30 days prior to check-in.
October 1 – April 30 and all designated holidays. The total amount for your stay is due if cancelled less than 7 days prior to check-in.
Beach House Cancellations:
$1500 cancellation/damage deposit due at time of booking.
May 1 – September 30 and all designated holidays. The total amount for your stay is due if cancelled less than 30 days prior to check-in.
October 1 – April 30 and all designated holidays. The total amount for your stay is due if cancelled less than 7 days prior to check-in.
Please Note:
Cancellation/Damage deposit will be refunded 7 days after checkout providing there are no damages to the property and guests have complied with all house policies.
