Your arrival day activities might include a spa, fishing charter, round of golf or explore the shoreline in one of our kayaks, row boat or canoe.
Gather the group for a game of bocce, croquet, badminton, or pick a feed of clams or oysters from the shore. Visit one of the many attractions, go kayaking for the day, trek through pristine forests or golf at one of the 16 courses that surround us.

On all events requiring services over and above regular rental of the Beach House the following terms & conditions apply.
Fees & Deposits
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- $1000 deposit taken upon booking and refunded within 7 days providing no damage and policies have been complied with.
- Log Home cleaning fee: $200, automatically added to all bookings.
- Rates do not include applicable taxes (Applicable taxes are 5% GST, 8% PST, 2% Hotel = 15%)
- All Rates in Canadian Dollars and based on 6 occupants, additional guests, 1 year old and above $20 per night + taxes.
Payment Types Accepted
- We accept: Visa, Mastercard, eTransfer, Wire Transfer, Certified Cheques, and Cash
- NO PERSONAL CHEQUES
- 3% credit card charges are in effect.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation policy is firm.
- All cancellations are subject to an administration fee of 20% of the deposit
- 120 days cancellation May – Sept and all Holidays, Christmas, New Years, Spring Break etc
- 30 days Off season cancellation
Smoking & Pet Policies
- No Pets
- There is no smoking inside the home. Please use the designated smoking areas outside.
Maximum capacity on the property is 14.
Arrangements can be made in advance for additional guests.
Parking is provided for 4 vehicles, additional vehicles will be provided street passes.
