The journey started almost four decades ago as a young cook in St. lucia
. Was very fortunate to land a job with the cruise industry two years later, where I spent the next decade.
Immersed in wealth of knowledge and experience. From there, I knew I wanted to be a food service operator.
Fastforward to now, I’ve had the experience of running my own establishment and that of others successful.
